meet Erin
I am a 2016 graduate of the Columbus State Massage program and an Upledger-trained CranioSacral Therapy Practitioner.
My style integrates a balanced approach between deep relaxation and healing with deep tissue. Every massage I give is customized based on what you express your needs are, and my intuition in listening to what your body is telling me as I work.
I use Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Decompression Cupping Massage, Hot Stones, and CranioSacral Therapy (CST) techniques in sessions as needed. I also offer stand-alone CranioSacral Therapy sessions to gently ease the deepest restrictions and nourish the nervous system.
In my free time, you’ll find me stand-up paddle boarding, hiking, organic gardening, and exploring unique restaurants around town. I look forward to meeting you!
