Best suited for bodyworkers and practitioners who utilize a treatment table. This room is fully furnished with an electric massage table, hot towel cabbie, linens, and access to in-house laundry facilities—making it a seamless, ready-to-use space for hands-on work.

Offers full-time availability and a blank canvas for the right practitioner. Located in the center interior of the building, this spacious room provides a quiet, grounded environment ideal for focused, client-based work. While there are no exterior windows, two corners feature privacy glass block that softly filter natural light from the hallway, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere.
This unfurnished space is well-suited for practitioners who prefer to create their own environment—such as coaches, counselors, energy workers, or other wellness professionals whose work does not require a built-in treatment setup.
