Massage Therapy is such a passion of mine! I graduated from The Dayton School of Medical Massage in 2010. I have traveled around working in many different states and have had the pleasure of working with so many wonderful wellness professionals in my years of massage! I specialize in deep tissue, myofacial release, sports massage, and active stretching techniques. After working in wellness centers and luxury spas, I’m happy to do a therapeutic swedish massage to help your relaxation! However, my favorite past positions have been in chiropractic offices where I could really focus on specific areas of complaint. So, if you have a problem area- Let’s Work it out!! On my off days I love to spend time with my family! We are big campers, love sporting events, farmers markets, and collect board games for rainy days! :)
